Professional exam application

The professional examination for financial leasing providers, investment fund management companies and legal persons and entrepreneurs dealing with factoring and forfeiting will take place on 30 March 2012.

Application deadline is 15 March 201.
Prospective candidates must apply as follows:
An application form for sitting the exam must be filled in and sent electronically at: prijava@apml.org.rs, or by regular mail at: Uprava za sprečavanje pranja novca, Masarikova 2, 11 000 Belgrade.

The application form must be accompanied by proof of payment of the fees for taking the professional exam. The application form, and information on the professional exam fee, can be found at APML’s website in the folder LICENCES (ЛИЦЕНЦЕ).

Suggested exam literature for candidates in the area of financial leasing:

  1. Law on the Prevention of Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing;
  2. Rulebook on the Methodology to Comply with the Law on the Prevention of Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing;
  3. Guidelines for reporting suspicious transactions, knowing and monitoring of customers and no tipping-off;
  4. National Anti-Money Laundering and Countering the Financing of Terrorism Strategy;
  5. National Bank of Serbia Guidelines for Complying with the Law on the Prevention of Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing;
  6. List of indicators for identifying suspicious transactions related to terrorism financing;
  7. List of Indicators to recognise suspicious transactions for financial leasing providers.
