The Economic and Environmental Forum is the main annual event in the OSCE’s Second Dimension. In 2012, under the Irish OSCE Chairmanship, the 20th Economic and Environmental Forum will focus on "Promoting Security and Stability through Good Governance". 1st Preparatory Meeting of the 20th OSCE Economic and Environmental Forum was held in Vienna on 6 - 7 February 2012 and addressed "Anti-Money Laundering and Countering the Financing of Terrorism". Administration for the Prevention of Money Laundering was invited to actively participate at sessions 1. “Capacity Building - Prevention of Money Laundering and the Financing of Terrorism” and 4. ”Domestic Interagency Co-operation”. Representatives of the Administration delivered presentations on the role of international organizations in capacity building activities and on promoting and developing interagency cooperation as a prerequisite for effective fight against ML and TF. The international audience followed the presentations with particular attention and interest. The presentations prompted fruitful discussion, as the Serbian experiences in capacity building and interagency cooperation were perceived as examples of good practice in the fields.
