Administration signs an Agreement of Cooperation with Privredni Savetnik

On 29/2/2012 the Administration signed an Agreement on Cooperation with Privredni savetnik ltd, publisher of journals and publications in the area of financial consulting, auditing and accounting. According to the Agreement, the Administration will  publish explanatory notes and commentaries accompanying AML/CFT legislation, as well as experts texts in the publications by Privredni savetnik doo. Very soon the avenues of cooperation will be closely identified in terms of training for the obliged entities, primarily for accountants and auditors, which are to take the professional exam leading to licencing of AML/CFT compliance officers this year. The Administration is responsible for the supervision of compliance with AML/CFT Law by certified auditors and auditing companies, as well as businesses and professionals providing accounting services; therefore the cooperation with Privredni savetnik doo will in most adequate manner bring together this group of obliged entities and the Administration as the supervisory authority, in terms of compliance with AML/CFT Law and ways of achieving it.
