Announcement of the APML, 27 August 2013
According to Article 64, paragraph 1, point 4, of the Law on AML/CFT (“Official Gazette RS”. No. 20/09, 72/09 and 91/10) the APML is competent to draft and provide opinions on the application of this Law and regulations adopted based on this Law.
