COMPLIANCE OFFICER, NOTE FOR OBLIGORS, IMPORTANT!
The amended AML/CFT Law, entering into force on 11 December 2010, requires that the obligors provide the personal details about the compliance officer and deputy compliance officer to the APML, if they have not already done so.
If the obligor has only one employee, there is no obligation to appoint the deputy. Data on compliance officer and his/her deputy shall consist of their names and positions. Data shall be sent to the APML on the following address: APML, Masarikova 2, 11000 Belgrade.
