Guidelines for ML/TF risk assessment for lawyers
Pursuant to Article 66 of the Law on Legal Practice (Official Gazette of RS, nos. 31/2011, 24/2012), Articles 9 and 33, para.1, item 26 of the Statute of the Serbia’s Bar Association (Official Gazette of RS, nos 85/2011, 78/2012, 86/2013), Article 114 in conjunction with Article 104, para.1, item 6 of the AML/CFT Law (Official Gazette of RS, 113/17), the Executive Board of the Serbia’s Bar Association issued on 20 April 2018 Guidelines for Assessing ML/TF risks by lawyers.
