Guidelines for ML/TF risk assessment for notaries (in Serbian only)
In line with the AML/CFT Law (Official Gazette of RS, no. 113/2017 of 17 Dec 2017) Serbia’s Chamber of Notaries has issued guidelines for ML/TF risk assessment conducted by notaries. The text of the Guidelines can be found under Regulations-Guides in Serbian only.
