Lists of Indicators for recognizing suspicious transactions

APML has developed Lists of Indicators for recognizing suspicious transactions related to terrorism financing, as well as a list of indicators for recognizing reasons for suspicion of money laundering or terrorism financing (hereinafter referred to as: the Indicators)  for following categories of obligors, referred to in the Law on the Prevention of Money Laundering and Terrorism Financing:
- Attorneys-at-law and law firms (ie legal practice partnerships);
- Persons providing accounting services;
- Persons providing money transfer services; 
- Persons engaging in forfeiting business;
- Persons engaging in postal communications;
- Persons providing tax advisory services;
- Persons providing guarantees;
- Organizers of games of chance operated on the internet, telephone, or in another manner using telecommunication networks;
- Auditing companies and certified auditors.
The obligors listed above are bound, in compliance with Article 23 of the Rulebook on Methodology for Complying with the Requirements Referred to in the Law on the Prevention of Money Laundering and Terrorism Financing, to include the indicators which are the integral part of this Directive into the list of indicators they develop in line with Article 50 of the Law on the Prevention of Money Laundering and Terrorism Financing.
