Presentations on the new AML/CFT Law
The Administration actively works with the obligors on the implementation of the AML/CFT Law. Given the fact that the new AML/CFT Law, which was adopted on 14 December 2017, becomes effective on 1 April 2018, Administration has held following sessions on the novelties introduced by the new Law, namely, on 6 March 2018 in the Bankers’ Association of Serbia, and on 13 and 15 March in the Serbia’s Chamber of Commerce, for real estate agents, insurance companies, voluntary pension funds management companies, payment institutions, broker-dealer companies, providers of financial leasing as well as for factoring companies.
