The Administration Issues the Guidelines for Accountants and Auditors
In compliance with Article 87 of the AML/CFT Law the Administration has issued the Guidelines for ML/TF Risk Assessment by Auditing Companies and Professionals & Legal Persons Providing Accounting Services.
The obligors are bound to bring their internal acts in compliance with the Guidelines within the deadline of 30 days following the posting on the Administration’s website.
