The Second Progress Report is published, 20 May 2013
The Second Progress Report was adopted during the December 2012 Plenary meeting based on more than 200-page questionnaire filled-in by Serbian authorities and submitted in November 2012. In the Progress Report, MoneyVal assessed Serbia’s AML/CFT legislation and level of compliance with the FATF Recommendations and international standards in AML/CFT field.
